The Role & Responsibilities of the Credit Control Administrator

  • Working to keep customer payment schedules up to date
  • Liaising with colleagues internally
  • Dealing with customer queries & enquiries on the telephone.
  • Cross referencing invoices against purchase orders.
  • Other Ad Hoc duties as required.

Skills & Experience for the Credit Control Administrator

  • Enthusiastic, dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Some knowledge of Xero preferred.
  • Strong Customer Service experience
  • Attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
  • Disciplined, confident and self-motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to learn quickly and to work well under pressure
  • Numerical, computer literate with good keyboard skills and proficient in MS Office applications to include Outlook, Excel & Word
  • Works well on own initiative, as well as part of a team
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
