The Role & Responsibilities of the Credit Control Administrator
- Working to keep customer payment schedules up to date
- Liaising with colleagues internally
- Dealing with customer queries & enquiries on the telephone.
- Cross referencing invoices against purchase orders.
- Other Ad Hoc duties as required.
Skills & Experience for the Credit Control Administrator
- Enthusiastic, dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills
- Some knowledge of Xero preferred.
- Strong Customer Service experience
- Attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
- Disciplined, confident and self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to learn quickly and to work well under pressure
- Numerical, computer literate with good keyboard skills and proficient in MS Office applications to include Outlook, Excel & Word
- Works well on own initiative, as well as part of a team
- Effective time management and organisational skills
