With over 40 years of experience in the commercial parts sector Tranzparts Group Ltd based in Walton Summit, Preston and expanding and looking for an administrator. We are a forward-thinking company eager to continue the sustained growth we have experienced over the last five years. While transitioning into a medium sized company we have maintained our family business ethos where everyone’s input is valued and welcomed.

Who do we need?

Group Administrator

Based in our brand-new offices you will be working closely with company decision makers and assisting them with day-to-day duties. You will ensure guests are welcomed and directed to the person they’re visiting, communicate with our suppliers about any queries we may have and assisting customers over the phone with keeping their account up to date.

We ‘re looking for the following in an ideal candidate:

· Punctual and presentable.

· Good telephone manner

· Knowledge or experience of working on PC’s

· Experience of Microsoft Excel is preferred.
